What gave us our grand vision? I doesn't take long to discover that booking musicians, bands or DJ's is no easy matter. Word of mouth, researching, contacting musicians, waiting for and reviewing information, negotiating prices. We recognize this complicated process taking place and want to offer a solution. We've been in business 7 years and have taken the guess work out of booking music for your wedding or event. We take you through three easy steps to booking the right musician for your wedding or event.
Step 1: Review the page that contains information on the type of musician you need. For example, ceremony musicians, classical musicians, DJ service, Variety Bands or Jazz Bands.
Step 2: If you need more information then click on the Free Quote button at the top left on every page. Complete information will be emailed to you within one hour, and demo Cds will be mail within 24 hours. Or if you are convinced of the musician, band or DJ that you want, check their availability by going to our Check Availability form. You will recieve an immediate response as to the availablity of the musician you want for your date.
The issue of quality, spark, uniqueness, musical concept and ability, professionalism and personality is huge with Premier Music. We have dozens of bands, musicians and DJ's submit for representation from Premier Music every year. Many of them are well trained, many have great personalities, but it is the whole package that we are looking for. Who we choose to represent will ultimately represent us to the public, and we want people to say that your entertainment was amazing not just pretty good.
Step 3: After you decide who you would like to hire for your wedding, corporate event, or private party, let your assigned music agent know and they will send you an agreement for the services you want. Just send back a signed copy with credit card information to either fax number 303 942 3550 or 1 888 751 4687. At this point all of your services are completely reserved.
We will then take any details related to scheduling, song selections etc. We will never leave any details undone. Your Premier Music agent will be there for any changes you make, to give you suggestions, send you any information you may need to make crucial decisions, and even send you reminders about decisions that need to be made as your event draws near.
After your event is done we will send you a job review questionaire. So you can give us a review of our performance for you. We want our service to you to continue seamlessly from beginning to end. We have one of the highest releability rates in the industry.
